School History
For over three decades, Jubilee High School has been committed to educational excellence.
Founding
Jubilee High School was founded by Dr. Elizabeth Carter with a vision to create a school that combined academic rigor with character development. The school opened its doors to 120 students in a converted warehouse building.
Campus Expansion
After a successful decade, the school moved to its current 15-acre campus, featuring modern classrooms, science laboratories, a library, and athletic facilities. Enrollment grew to 350 students.
Academic Innovation
The school introduced its signature STEM program and expanded its Advanced Placement offerings. The arts program was also enhanced with a new performing arts center.
Global Initiatives
Jubilee established international exchange programs with partner schools in Europe and Asia. The school also launched its Global Citizenship curriculum to prepare students for an interconnected world.
Continuing Excellence
With 1500 students and a faculty of 450 dedicated educators, Jubilee High School continues to evolve while maintaining its core values. Our graduates attend prestigious universities and make meaningful contributions to society.

Mark Conroy
Principal
Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with 20 years of experience in education. Mark Conroy joined Jubilee High School in 2015 and has been instrumental in expanding our academic programs and fostering a culture of excellence.
